About Me
Debra Johnston BSc MIACP is a fully accredited Counsellor and Psychotherapist with the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. With over 25 years’ experience working in the field of Mental Health, Debra holds a Bachelor of Science honours degree in Counselling & Psychotherapy from Middlesex University and has also completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Integrative Adolescent Psychotherapy.
Debra has undertaken many training courses and studies, some of which include Mindfulness, Brief Solution Focused Therapy, CBT and Behavioural Family Therapy.
